Save your valuable time at the airport and use EGYPTAIR mobile check-in service to check-in and get your e-Boarding Pass right from your mobile or tablet PC.

The check-in service is available within 48 hours of your departure and up to 90 minutes prior to scheduled departure time.

Visit m.egyptair.com from your mobile device and simply follow the following steps:

1: Identification
Start check-in with your last name and booking reference or e-ticket number (check the booking reference or e-ticket number from your e-ticket).
2: Journey List
Please select the journey that you want to check in for now. Check in later if your flight is not open for check-in yet.
3: Passenger List
Please select the passengers that you want to check in now from the list by selecting either YES or NO for each customer.
Please note that you might need to enter passport and details required by the authorities of your destination as a part of the process.
4: Overview Passenger List
Please view your frequent flyer information. You can add or update this information by pressing the corresponding button.
5: Overview Flight List
Please view your flight details. You can view the seat map with your seat information for the flights we operate by pressing Change Seats.
Seat map for other airlines cannot be viewed; your seat number is confirmed at the time of check-in.

When Exit Seat is selected, you are requested to answer the questions for the selected passengers that are seated on exit row or security area close to those rows. Please select your answer for each question and continue. Seat may be changed for security reasons at any time by airline staff.
6: Passenger(s) details
Nationality: Please select the country of your nationality from the list provided.

Regulatory Data: The authorities of the country you are travelling to or via require regulatory information to be collected at the time of check-in. Please enter the required information now to complete your check-in.

Security Questions: You are requested to answer the questions for the selected passengers. Please select one answer for all questions and continue.

Reception Boarding Pass: You can receive your boarding pass by e-mail or by phone.
7:At the Airport
When you arrive at the airport, show your eBoarding Pass to Security and the gate agent for scanning.

What type of device can I use to access Mobile Check-in?

You can access Mobile Check-in from most mobile devices that have an internet browser and internet capabilities. In addition, to receive an Electronic Boarding Pass from a Mobile Check-in, your mobile device must be capable of receiving e-mails or text (SMS) messages. These capabilities are provided through your wireless provider and may cost extra. Please consult your mobile device manual and your wireless service provider for more details.

All passengers departing from Cairo and completing their Check -in Process through the web Check- in and Mobile Check- in services ; except to Jeddah and Medina; are requested to proceed to counter 345 at Cairo airport terminal 3(departure hall) in order to get the immigration card for their trip to facilitate Immigration procedures.

N.B: As required by government regulations; passengers obtaining Schengen visa for the first time must travel to the same country of visa issuance. A failure to follow these regulations could result in passenger being refused to travel and in such circumstances you will be solely responsible for any cost, loss or damage which you or we (or our agents or servants) incur.

Drop Off counters for the baggage for all passengers departing from Frankfurt airport and completing their check in process through the website and mobile check in services will be as follows:

  • Automated Drop off counters are available in Hall A counters 260 – 283 and Hall B counters 453 - 461
  • Normal drop off counters located in AREA B counters 313 – 339
  • Family check-in will be counters 337-338 entrance from gate 4
  • passengers with reduced mobility /UM will be in the LH service area entrance from gate 4
  • Business and Gold member check-in area located in HALL A entrance gates 1 & 2
  • passengers with Pet in Hold to be check-in LH special counter 446
  • For Group Check-in LH counters 440-444
  • For Egyptair service counter will be located in counter 474 and will be used for Excess baggage and change of reservations and for check-in for any of EGYPTAIR premium customer who Need special assistance and care , for example MS platinum customers
